Shipping and Processing
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All shipping timelines are based on business days, and our team is here Monday through Friday to process and ship orders.
Processing Times
We do our best to move fast. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. If your order comes in after 12 PM CST, it will ship the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we work hard to keep things moving.
Shipping Options
- UPS Second Day Air: Arrives 2 business days after it ships.
- UPS Ground: Arrives in 3–5 business days after it ships.
- Economy Shipping: Arrives in up to 5 business days after it ships.
We currently ship to the lower 48 United States, and we’re working hard behind the scenes to expand our reach. Our hope is to offer international shipping directly from our warehouse in 2026.
Yes. Orders of exactly $99 or more in the contiguous 48 U.S. states ship for free. Other locations, please check the shipping calculator at checkout for options and availability.
ORDERS
When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please refer to that email for your tracking details. If you cannot find the email, you can also login into your account here to find all past orders and details.
Yes, you can edit your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you need to change a size, add or remove an item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. After 2 hours, your order is locked in to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
No, we cannot ship to a PO box at this time.

Sounds simple, but first make sure you are entering the correct code. Please check for differences in zeros and O's. Also, refer to the terms and conditions associated with the particular promotion code you are trying to use to confirm that your purchase is eligible for the promotion. You cannot combine our codes with other offers. Most of our promotion codes have expiration dates, and many are only eligible for use a single time. If the problems continue, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Tax regulations vary by locality and change regularly. We are required to charge state and local tax applicable to your shipping address if we also have a physical presence in that state. We have a physical presence (including retail stores and distribution facilities) in many states. Additionally, some states or taxing authorities require us to charge tax even if we do not have a physical presence in their state. Depending on the taxing rules of the location, we are shipping your order to; tax could be applied to your payment amount.

We are sorry, but we do not offer gift options, including gift receipts, gift packaging, or gift messaging, at this time. Purchases made on Cinchjeans.com include paperwork that has order information, including price. Additionally, orders may come in shipping containers that contain the Cinch logo. If you would prefer, we do offer gift cards as an option to gift to another person.

At the top of our website, we have a magnifying glass where you can type the style number or explain the cinch product you are looking for.
There are several reasons you might not find a specific product. The style may only be available during certain seasons, maybe discontinued or is presently out of stock. Feel free to contact us to see if it is returning.
