Our Return Policy

At Cinchjeans.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you want to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of the shipped date.  We do not accept Exchanges, if you need a different size or a different style please place a new order. We do not allow returns on clearance items, socks, underwear, or athletic tees..  All items sent back for return must be in original condition and the items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached.  We advise you inspect and try on all items before removing the tags.

If you would like initiate a return, please CLICK HERE ->Account Login/Order Review Page Then:

1.)    Either login to your account and visit your ‘Previous Orders’, or simply enter your email and order code if you checked out as a guest. 

2.)    2.) At the bottom of the ‘Previous Orders’ page under returns there is a link to submit the request and a prepaid UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you

If you use the prepaid UPS return shipping label, $5.99 will be deducted from your credit when your return is processed. 

If you choose your own carrier, please be sure to follow these instructions:
1.) Follow through steps 1-2 listed above and disregard the UPS Shipping Label
2.) Write your Order ID # or Order Code on the outside of the package.
3.) Send Returns to:

Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return to be processed.  Once the return is processed, the credit card used to make the original purchase will be automatically refunded. If you use our pre-paid shipping label, $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

Please Note: It can take up to 5 business days after we issue a refund for the credit to appear in your account.  Please reference your credit card company’s policy for more information.
